Perform at a live music venue with your band at a special Rock Roulette Showcase.
Join a band for six weeks, fundraise for YRC summer camp, build relationships with fellow volunteers, learn about gear and equipment, and perform live at a local venue. The Roulette experience invites current YRC volunteers, new folks interested in volunteering, and anyone who’s always wanted to join a band but couldn’t. Open to women, trans, and gender non conforming folks. Completely free. No musical experience is necessary. Y'all Rock sets up bands with a practice space, supplements gear, offers songwriting resources, and a band coach. Bands coordinate for practice, and develop 3 songs to be performed at the Y'all Rock Gala, YRC’s annual fundraiser. Bands fundraise for Y'all Rock Carbondale, and receive an invaluable experience of being in a band and rocking an instrument.
